I’m back!

After 2 internet free weeks in France I am back.
Me and hubby have been visiting my grand-mother and we’ve been busy bee’s!!!!
We’ve made lots of crafts. I’ve crocheted a small clutch bag, started on a second one, changed the cloth on a small furniture, done some cross stitching and made a small lavender bag to make my closet smell nice.
Hubby has started making a cover for our sewing machine and some cross stitching as well.

But don’t worry, we’ve also been relaxing at the beach. Nothing beats the beach with a good book and maybe a beignet (filled donut they sell on the beach).

Now it’s back to reality with work tomorrow…

Heaven on earth

Last friday hubby, doggy and me went to the archipelago with some friends to spend the weekend.
It was out second time on the island of Finnhamn, and it was as wonderful and beautiful as always.

Madame the game

One of my favourite boardgames is called Mr Jack. It’s a 2 player game where one plays Jack the Ripper (in disguise as another character and the other player has to figure out who he is disguised as.
The other day I saw that an expansion pack for the game had come out with new characters, and one of them is called “Madame”!
Of course I had to buy a game with me in it!!!
This is how they describe this new character:
“Hostess of an infamous establishment of the district, this woman, who everyone calls «Madame», pretends to be a middle-class lady and gives herself airs and graces. She is vain, and cannot bear anything dirty.”

Oh la la!

I’ve been to the gym for the first time in 4 months, I’ve painted my nails and I’m coloring my hair. It’s a busy busy fixing myself day today!

Lovely friday

I spent my friday in the best possible way, first dinner and a swim by the sea and then home to play some boardgames.
